How to deal with micro-foaming materials can achieve better results. [manufacturer's suggestion]
1. It is generally recommended that the injection molding temperature is 130-170°C. If the temperature is too high, the surface of the material will be defective due to excessive foaming or the material will turn yellow.
2. The micro-foaming material cannot stay in the barrel and screw of the injection molding machine for a long time, otherwise it will cause the decomposition of the foaming agent and cause defects. When it is necessary to stop in the middle, it is recommended to drain the rubber in the screw first, and clean the screw with ordinary TPE material before re-injection.
3. It is recommended that the cooling time be shortened by 10%-15% compared with products with the same hardness.
4. During injection molding, the clamping force needs to be adjusted according to the foaming effect, and reducing the clamping force can enhance the foaming effect.
5. Try not to keep pressure or reduce pressure.
6. Please mix or shake well before use, the foaming effect is better.
7. For the foaming of TPE/TPR, foaming alone is not enough, and the effect of crosslinking agent is also needed to ensure the strength of foamed products, such as tear resistance, toughness, etc.
